ICIRD-2017 Paypal Payment Page

Use this page for paying by credit card for Registration and the  Banquet for the ICIRD-2017 conference.  The registration fee includes the "train talk" high speed transportation and excursion from Napoli to Firenze. The conference will be held 28 August 2017 - 2 September 2017.

 

Registration.  Please use the following drop-down list to choose your registration category.  If you choose any of the  member registration categories, please pay your membership dues with the Membership Dues drop-down list below (or indicate there that you are already a paid-up member of ISIRD).

Conference Registration fee

Special "Napoli-only" or "Firenze-only" registration (2 days for €200 or 1 day for €100) . If you wish to attend only the Napoli portion of the meeting (29 August to 30 August) or only the Firenze portion of the meeting (1 September to 2 September), you can pay €200 for just two days or €100  for one day of the conference, with the following drop-down list.  

Naples only or Firenze only registrations

The above two day registration fees do not require ISIRD membership.  They include Congress materials and lunch and, until August 10, the Napoli- only registration includes the possibility to submit a poster abstract for the poster session in Napoli.  This fee does not include the Napoli-Firenze train or the banquet in Firenze.  Firenze-only registratrants can pay for the banquet.in Firenze below if they wish to enjoy this convivial feast.

Membership only.  If you have selected the member rate registration above but haven't yet paid your ISIRD dues, you can do so with the following drop-down list.

Banquet  (1 September 2017, in Firenze, Italy) options:  Pay for your banquet choice here.  If you were unsure if you will attend the banquet, you can skip this item and return to this site to pay at a later date
Conference banquet
Guest attendees:  If you have a guest who wishes to participate in the coffee breaks and lunch on a single day, you can pay €30 for this in cash at the registration desk, or via Paypal.  Since we don't have a "guest coffee and lunch" button set up on our PayPal page, you can just pay the €30 by clicking on the student membership button above and paying the amount that way for each day you do this.  (We will make sure it goes for coffee and lunch and not for membership).

Mid-Conference (31 August 2017) Train/Talk/Transportation and Excursion to Firenze, Italia

The mid-conference excursion for the 2017 conference will actually MOVE THE CONFERENCE ACTIVTIES entirely from Napoli to Firenze, Italia.  We have booked passage for paid registrants on the following train:  ITALO 9984 departing Napoli Centrale at 8:50 am on 31 August and arriving Firenze Santa Maria Novella at 11:36 am.  The excursion in Firenze will encompass art and architecture tours included in the Conference registration fee.  We can book accompanying guests on the train for an additional fee (€55 per guest), which you can pay here:

Cancellation policies:

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted by e-mail to vzupo@szn.it and received no later than 4 pm Naples, Italy time (Central European Time Zone) on the dates listed below.  Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.

>Received by 31 May 2017--Full refund, less a €50 per person administrative fee

>Received 1 June through 15 July 2017--75% refund, less a €50 per person administrative fee

>Received 16 July through 15 August 2017--50% refund, less a €50 per person administrative fee

>Received on or after 16 August 2017--No Refunds

>Substitutions: Registrants may send a substitute of the same level in their place in lieu of requesting a refund. If the substitute is of a more expensive category (e.g., post-doc in place of a student), an additional fee will be required.

>ICIRD-2017 will refund fees as soon as possible and no later than three weeks after the conference has concluded.

>Hotel refunds are not included in this policy but are according to the policies of the individual hotels concerned.
